This week we confuse the out of an airline customer who just wants to know which terminal he should go to, Ron agues with a particularly over-entitled Amex customer, one couple leave their fresh food out in the sun for an hour and then wonder why it now has ants on it, we meet a super famous newsreader who is not happy about having her Chipotle account hacked, we deal with a super entitled mother and daughter team who get all abusive about their security system, we attempt to help a couple who got their suitcase destroyed and for some reason want a new one, Scoby gets into a deadly police chase after refusing to deliver one man’s missing luggage and we trick an unsuspecting bed buyer into setting up a special Zoom meeting for us.
