Well here we go again. This week we made it all about the complainers because we know that’s what you people really like. Get ready to dive in as Mr. Penise is forced to reckon with a man still claiming to have Covid all these years later, a lady who did not want to be charged triple for rescheduling her flight, a lady who could not be trusted to look after her own carry on bag, Ron says a genuine prayer for a man with leaky pipes, we meet a credit card customer who can not and will not follow any basic instructions, we meet a lady who faked her weight loss pictures with some very bad Photoshop skills and Scoby manages to get another free phone because one lady did not like to do paperwork. And so much more too. We also dropped by all of our favourite meetings and we found a way to cause even more confusion in Zoom meetings. This week as well as showing off our fancy new technology sweet gentle Ron is forced to deal with a couple who complained about their uncleaned hotel room, despite demanding a serious discount, an overbearing mother who just wanted to complain about other people’s problems, a man who was simply too large to qualify for our burger BOGO offer, a man who had real trouble using our AI verification system to get his Internet back and a poor old lady who was being scammed by her family into paying their phone bills, and more whiny complainers too! We also dropped into a few meetings that for some reason we were not welcome in and we tried to educate more MLM scammers about the importance of their toilet warranties. So today we’re celebrating Better Business Communication day, literally, and it’s a real thing too go and look it up. The main thing is we discussed the merits, or lack thereof, of saying the word literally, literally in every sentence. As well as trying to school people on how to talk this week sweet gentle Ron is forced to kick a very belligerent lady out of Walmart and ends up getting the local news station called on him, one man is very unhappy that his solar panels don’t work, we get in an argument with Fonzie’s personal assistant (yes really!) one guy does is not at all happy with his dented fridge, one man complains because his wife requested to sit in a different place to him on their flight, one very boring man accusing an African airline of targeting his whole family, Trainwreck steps in to play a Swiss AirBNB owner and one man is very unhappy about paying $2600 for a second hand TV. We also got in a fight with a doctor in the Manhole, interrupted some conferences and had some great discussions about Ron’s accent and how to talk properly, and a whole lot more too! Something a little different this week, something a little more spicy, something a little more weird. First of all the over-eaters kindly gave me their moderator code again so we spent the first part of the show just having fun with that. We also dealt with a few complainers too including a man who did not understand how expiry dates work, an Amazon customer who does not like video games, a very angry man who had to wait 20 whole minutes to get his food served to him and we dealt with a very special guy who was not at all happy with the service from his delivery company, and also just happens to like live streaming on Twitch dressed up as a giant furry bat. You think we’re kidding too. This show was filled with laughs and great banter so thank you to everyone that took part, helped with numbers, found us weird people to call or did some on-the-fly sound editing for me.
