Another one of those weeks where it feels like the phone is forever ringing, and yet somehow we managed to snag a whole bunch of crazy complainers once again including crazy Betty who won't stop calling us to hurl abuse, one man who just wanted to moan about the driver tumbling his packages, one lady gets her flight cancelled and then falls for a classic hold trick whilst trying to get some money out of it, one couple have a real bad time at the speedway, one man is very falsely accused of being a big giant racist and Bob comes unstuck when a penguin gets trapped in his hotel room.
